Lucy is our oldest and my son’s favorite. She is very smart and an excellent hunter. She had her very first litter in June, 2005. Twelve of them! It took her to the 3rd puppy to get the hang of it, but after that - she was the best mom. She went as far as picking up toys around the house and dropping them in the whelping box for her babies. We were amazed! She loves to catch the frisbee or ball. Lucy is now retired and is enjoying her retirement running back and forth between my sons (where the grandkids are) and my house.
